Title: President

My job is to keep the Ambrion ship headed in the right direction and make sure everyone here has the tools to do their jobs as efficiently and effectively as possible. I am also actively involved in our day to day recruiting, and I enjoy working directly with our exceptional job seekers, clients, and consultants.

I love building relationships, which is what really got me into this business 15+ years ago. I enjoy showing people how much fun it can be to work with clients, job seekers, and our consultants! Some people in our industry view our business as very transactional, but I always enter the day thinking about how I can help someone improve his or her business/department, or how I can help a candidate grow in his or her career. My goal is to add value to everyone that I interact with on a daily basis. In addition, I love that no day is the same and I love coming into the day focused on one thing and then getting a phone call and needing to completely shift gears!

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and two children who are 5 and 6 and still think that Dad is cool. I’m sure everyone in our office would disagree with this assessment, but I am going to enjoy it while I can. As a family we enjoy camping, biking, swimming, playing soccer, and spending time at the cabin. If I am not with my family, I can probably be found mountain biking, playing golf, or playing hockey.

My favorite quote is: “Attitude. The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think, say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company… a church… a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past… we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude… I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you… we are in charge of our Attitudes.” Charles Swindoll
